  • Yes! All information you provide to us is strictly confidential. We believe in complete discretion. If needed, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

  • Absolutely! Creative financing is our specialty!

  • No. There are never any fees or commissions when you work with us.

  • No. We are simply buyers of self storage.

  • Excellent question! Of course, the more information you can provide the better. But we do ask for the following items to begin the process:

    1. The prior years income and expense reports (profit & loss statement).

    2. Rent roll (unit mix, current rates, vacancy, etc.)
